THF/LOTI’s Yutaka Hirako was invited to talk at the second Ladakh Winter Conclave, held in Leh from the 21st to 23rd February 2021. The themes explored this year were Adventure Tourism, Culture & Heritage, and Post Covid Revival of Tourism.
