Cooperation with Austrian Project Cultural History of the Western Himalaya from the 8th century
A presentation about the history of the Jokhang temple was given by Andre Alexander at a workshop in Vienna on June 19. Organized by fellow member of the Committee for the Study of Historic Tibetan Architecture (CSHTA) Deborah Klimburg-Salter, the workshop was a cooperation of the interdisciplinary research project "Cultural History of Inner Asia" with the National Austrian Research Project (NFN) “The Cultural History of the Western Himalaya from the 8th century”.
