The Social Welfare Secretary of the Ladakh Union Territory Administration held a virtual meeting with the NGOs of Leh District on the 15 of June 2021 to discuss Civil Society and its Role in Social Welfare. Tibet Heritage Fund represented by Yutaka Hirako was among 23 NGOs and organisations invited to present their work to the Social Welfare Secretary Ms. Padma Angmo and other officers of the administration.
